PUBLIC NOTICE: Trondhjem Township Election and Candidate Filing Requirements

NOTICE OF TOWNSHIP ELECTION AND FILING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the qualified voters of Trondhjem Township, County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota, that a Township Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

VOTING LOCATION: Ohe’s Barn 13727 County Highway 28 Rothsay, MN 56579

POLLING HOURS: Polls will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

OFFICES TO BE FILLED: The following positions are to be elected for the terms indicated:

FILING PERIOD: Affidavits of Candidacy may be filed beginning Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. and will close on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

FILING PROCEDURES: Filings shall be made with the Township Clerk. A filing fee of $2.00 is required at the time of filing.
