Erhard Mayor Gary Stadum, pictured here in full Independence Day regalia, prepares to line up for the townโ€™s 2025 edition of its July 4th parade. Joining him aboard the parade unit was his grandson, Griffin Westby.
Already, Stadum and his team of volunteers are looking ahead to 2026โ€”which will be the 50th anniversary ot the townโ€™s famous 4th of July festival. The first event was the nationโ€™s bicentennial year, 1976.
